Manually place the battery cell into the vacuum chamber.
Press the start switch.

Vacuum extraction.

The chamber opens.

Adopts a rotary table structure for material transfer, allowing simultaneous sealing at a single station, with compact structure and high efficiency.
The upper sealing head can be detached from the chamber by a cylinder for easy head replacement and maintenance, reducing downtime.
Suitable for different types of batteries, easy to adjust by controlling the lower sealing head height with a screw.
The upper sealing head is driven by a cylinder and guided by two linear bearings, ensuring smooth movement and accurate guidance for parallel sealing.
The pressure of the sealing knife can be adjusted via a pressure regulator to meet different process requirements.
The temperature of the upper and lower sealing heads can be set and adjusted through the temperature controller panel buttons, with both current and set values displayed on the LCD screen for easy operation.
The battery press plate uses a large diameter cylinder for adjustable pressure, ensuring battery hardness and electrolyte discharge.
The machine has an abnormal temperature alarm function, only operating when the temperature is appropriate to ensure product sealing quality.
The machine uses a PLC for automatic control, with a touch screen for human-machine interaction, making operation convenient.
The frame is made of aluminum profile, with an attractive appearance; sheet metal parts are made of mirror-finished stainless steel, which is simple and beautiful.
Can operate automatically with electrical control during operation, and manually during debugging.
The heating tube of the lower sealing head can be directly pulled out for easy and quick disassembly.
All sealing heads use I-type design and are made of beryllium copper to ensure sealing requirements.
