Power vacuum mixer

1. Equipment Overview

The planetary power mixer combines the principles of traditional double planetary mixers and high-speed dispersers, creating a versatile new model widely used in various fields. Our company, addressing the high solid content and high viscosity characteristics of power slurry, has developed an enhanced power mixer with higher speed and greater torque, based on the original planetary power mixer. During the design process, we fully considered factors such as the stirrer speed, stirring power, dispersion line speed, suspension level, liquid flow pattern, and the distribution of turbulence intensity inside the barrel. Its high-speed dispersion maximum line speed can reach 23m/s, and the enhanced folding frame can handle any high-viscosity slurry. The new stirring method – the folding frame rotates clockwise, and its self-rotation is counterclockwise, ensuring no dead angle stirring and no "climbing" phenomenon. In terms of sealing, three sets of mechanical seals plus soft and static seals ensure vacuum degree – theoretically enhancing the sealing performance by 30%. The Pt100 temperature sensor directly contacts the material, measuring more accurately, with a faster response time, and an error within ±0.5°C. This machine consists of a base, beam, column, sealing cover, material cylinder, transmission, and electrical control system.

2. Operation Process

Power on the equipment → Jog the mixing barrel down → Add adhesive into the mixing barrel → Add cathode/anode powder → Raise the mixing barrel to close the cover → Vacuum and hold pressure → Start mixing materials.

3. Stirring Shaft and Blades
