I. Equipment Overview

This equipment is used for the hot pressing and short-circuit testing of square battery cells.

Manually place the battery cell onto the hot pressing platform → Push into the pressing position → Press the start button → Pressure cylinder compresses → Hot press shaping and short-circuit testing → Classification and sorting

1. Pressing Platform: Designed according to the size of the battery cell.

2. Heating Parts: Uses Omron temperature control to regulate the solid-state relay heating of the fiberglass heating plate, which is evenly heated by a full-surface layout of heating wires.

3. Testing Part: Insulation resistance tester (Yangzi YD9820D/ST5520).

• The factory test instrument is YD9820D. If there are other requirements, they are not included in this specification.

• The tester uses test probes to press the battery cell tabs and measure the insulation resistance value between the positive and negative electrodes.
