I. Equipment Overview

Applicable to vacuum-pumping and sealing of soft-pack lithium batteries after formation.

II. Operation Process

Manually place the cell into the vacuum chamber → Press the start switch → Fixture compresses the cell → Piercing knife punctures the air bag → Vacuum pumping → Seal the air bag under vacuum → Chamber opens → Manually take out the cell.

IV. Equipment Features

  1. Adopts a turntable structure for material conveying; single station supports simultaneous sealing, loading, and unloading, with a compact structure and high efficiency.

  2. The upper sealing head can be separated from the chamber via an air cylinder, facilitating sealing head replacement and maintenance, and reducing downtime for repairs and replacements.

  3. Compatible with different battery models; adjustment is simple and convenient—only the screw needs to be adjusted to control the height of the lower sealing head.

  4. The upper sealing head is driven by an air cylinder and guided by two linear bushings, ensuring flexible vertical movement and accurate guidance to meet the parallelism requirements of product seals.

  5. The pressure of the sealing knife can be adjusted via a pressure regulating valve to meet different process parameter requirements.

  6. The temperature of upper and lower sealing heads can be adjusted and set via buttons on the temperature controller panel; both current and set temperatures are displayed on the LCD screen, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly operation.

  7. The battery pressing plate uses a large-bore air cylinder for pressure output, with adjustable pressure, ensuring battery rigidity and proper discharge of electrolyte.

  8. Equipped with abnormal temperature alarm function; the machine only operates when the temperature is appropriate to ensure product sealing quality.

  9. Adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC) for automatic control and a touch screen for human-machine interaction, ensuring easy operation.

  10. The frame is made of aluminum profiles for an attractive appearance; sheet metal parts use mirror stainless steel, ensuring simplicity and elegance.

  11. Automatic operation via electrical control during production; manual function is available for debugging.

  12. The heating tube of the lower sealing head can be directly pulled out when damaged, enabling quick and convenient disassembly.

  13. All sealing heads adopt an I-type design and are made of beryllium copper to meet sealing requirements.
