Manually place the battery cells into the hot pressing platform → push them into the pressing station → start button → press down the booster cylinder → perform hot pressing shaping and test for short circuits → classify and screen

4、 Main component structure of the equipment

1. Core pressing platform, designed according to the size of the battery cells

2. Heating part: Omron temperature control meter is used to control the solid-state relay to heat the fiberglass heating plate. The fiberglass plate adopts a whole surface layout of heating wires to achieve uniform heating of the overall temperature.

4. Testing section: Insulation resistance tester (Yang Ziyi YD9820D/ST5520)

1) The factory testing instrument for the equipment is YD9820D. If there are additional requirements, they are not included in the scope of the specification sheet.

2) The tester measures the positive and negative insulation resistance values by crimping the probe to the electrode ear of the battery cell.
