A vacuum drying oven is used to dry, bake, melt wax, heat treat, and sterilize objects under vacuum conditions. Drying objects under vacuum conditions has the following advantages:
Lower drying temperature (low pressure, low temperature)
Prevents oxidation of some objects, no dust particles are destroyed
Prevents heating air from killing biological cells

The vacuum drying oven consists of four parts: the body, the chamber (working chamber), the vacuum system, and the temperature control system.
The body is made of high-quality steel plate and sprayed with plastic on the surface for a beautiful and unique appearance. The chamber is made of high-quality galvanized sheet or stainless steel sheet (users can choose), and the shape of the chamber is a square with a semicircular inner corner. The gap between the inner and outer boxes is filled with superfine glass wool for heat insulation. The box is equipped with a large double-layer bullet-proof tempered glass observation window for easy observation of the objects being dried in the box. A thick tempered glass is installed on the inside of the door, and a long cylindrical door buckle is used. By adjusting the gap between the door buckle and the thick tempered glass, the door can be tightly pressed against the rubber sealing ring when the door is closed to ensure that there is no air leakage when the vacuum is applied. (Note: The rubber sealing ring is not oil-resistant!)
The vacuum system consists of a vacuum pump, a vacuum gauge, a vacuum valve, and an exhaust valve. According to the needs of users, a drying and cleaning filter can or an inlet valve can be configured. The vacuum pumps of other models of vacuum drying ovens are optional accessories. (The pumping speed of the self-selected vacuum pump shall not be less than 2L/S)
The main component of the temperature control system is the temperature controller, which is a microcomputer intelligent controller composed of a single-chip microcomputer and peripheral circuits, with a four-digit dual-row LED display. It uses PID adjustment to control the heating system and uses a Pt100 platinum resistor as the temperature sensor. The temperature controller also has functions such as time control, temperature error correction, and deviation alarm protection. This temperature control system has overrun, overtemperature automatic sound and light alarm, and can cut off the power of the electric heating power tube.
