IV. Equipment Features

  1. Composed of an automatic unwinding device, sheet positioning device, sheet punching device, driving traction device, and automatic waste collection device.

  2. Unwinding Device: Uses an air expansion shaft structure with a positioning ruler; automatic unwinding via photoelectric switch sensing the sheet.

  3. Sheet Positioning Assembly: Uses guide plate positioning guide wheels to ensure the sheet does not deviate during transport.

  4. Driving Assembly: Uses a servo motor for automatic traction control, allowing for any sheet length to be set for traction.

  5. Punching Assembly: Uses a cam mechanism for die cutting, with adjustable up-down, front-back, and angle movements. The die holder uses a modular structure for easy loading and adjustment.

  6. Waste Sheet Collection Assembly: Includes a half-notch stainless steel cylinder to collect dust generated during waste collection and rewinding.

  7. Conveyor Belt Adjustment Assembly: Uses multiple guide rods to limit the conveyor belt, which is a looped transmission.

  8. Protection Device: Installed with an aluminum frame and organic glass protective cover. The die-cutting part is equipped with a protective optical fiber.

V. Main Component Structure

  1. Die-cutting Mechanism: The upper die head is driven by a servo motor and linkage mechanism to perform accurate reciprocating up-and-down motion for die cutting.

  2. Unwinding Mechanism: The unwinding motor uses photoelectric detection to control the position of the sheet for uniform unwinding.

  3. Guiding Mechanism: Guides the sheet into the die-cutting position using a guide trough, correcting the sheet.

  4. Traction Mechanism: A servo motor drives friction rollers and pressing wheels, positioning the sheet for movement.

  5. Edge Waste Collection Mechanism: Collects edge waste after die-cutting using a rewinding motor.
