Four-station glove box

Equipment Model

Model: Universal (2440/1000/900), four workstations, opposite operation, integrated with a single-column purification unit, PLC control, and touch screen operation, vacuum pump, stand, a closed box with an inclined operating surface, and removable safety glass front window. Under standard conditions, i.e., 20°C constant temperature, one standard atmosphere, 99.999% inert gas source, water, and oxygen index less than 1 ppm.

Functions

Closed Loop Circulation

Inert gas inside the glove box is circulated through a fan and purifier to continuously remove water and oxygen.

Automatic Regeneration Control

Dehumidifying and deoxygenating materials can be regenerated, with the regeneration process controlled by a program.

Automatic Cleaning

Atmosphere replacement inside the glove box is completed through an automatically controlled cleaning valve.

Box Pressure Control

The pressure inside the glove box is automatically controlled by PLC, with a working pressure freely adjustable within +/- 15mbar. The system provides automatic protection if it exceeds +/- 16mbar.

Vacuum Pump Automatic Control

The vacuum pump activates automatically when needed by the system.

  1. Quick-change Organic Solvent Adsorber

  • Location: At the bottom of the box, filled with 5kg high-efficiency activated carbon and 5kg activated alumina, with gas circulation through the adsorber for organic solvent vapor absorption.
