2、 Process flow

The equipment adopts a structural form of automatic feeding, servo feeding, magnetic powder tension, and fixed length cutting through the material roll, continuously cutting the roll material to a fixed length or gap.

6. The cutting part is equipped with a pre pressed cutting device to ensure the parallelism of the cutting pole pieces;

5、 Main component configuration

1. Material release mechanism: 3-inch inflatable shaft winding, magnetic powder tension unwinding;

2. Tensioning mechanism: Magnetic powder tension controller, automatic detection control;

3. Feeding mechanism: The stepper motor drives the light roller and rubber roller to feed, and the cylinder pushes the pressure roller to open and close;

4. Cutting mechanism: driven by a cylinder, the upper and lower blades of the guide column and guide sleeve are made of hard imported material, the gap is adjusted, and it can be tightened after adjustment;

5. Material pressing mechanism: cylinder driven claw presses and positions the pole piece;

6. Platform and rack mechanism: Fangtong rack, thickened chrome plated steel plate platform.
